Kolten Wilder, a Plainview, TX native and graduate of West Texas A&M University with dual majors in Accounting and Finance (’13) and an MBA (’14), brings a wealth of experience to the real estate arena. Under the guidance of his grandfather, a former banker, Kolten developed a strong foundation in accounting and real estate. His professional journey includes serving as a real estate accountant at Yorkshire West Realty Advisors in Dallas from 2014 to 2017 and making significant contributions to W Real Estate Management, specializing in commercial property management, accounting, finance, and underwriting from 2017 to 2023. Holder of a Texas Real Estate License, Kolten is deeply engaged in community service, participating in organizations such as the WTAMU College of Business Advisory Board, AISD Education Advisory Committee, and serving as the Treasurer for the Top of Texas Youth Sports League. Recognized for his contributions, Kolten received the WTAMU Horizon Alumni Award in 2021 and is the proud founder of the Terry Scholarship at WTAMU. His diverse skill set, industry knowledge, and commitment to philanthropy make him a valuable member of the Asset Bridge team.

Reagan is a proud graduate of Canyon High School and holder of a BBA in Accounting from West Texas A&M University. With four years of extensive experience in property management, Reagan has cultivated a diverse skill set that spans various facets of the real estate industry.

Reagan’s proficiency extends across accounting, property management, project management, underwriting, Airbnb management, home staging, and the art of home flips. This comprehensive background reflects a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering top-tier results in every aspect of real estate.

A staunch supporter of the WTAMU College of Business, Reagan actively contributes to the growth and development of future business leaders. Inspired by the belief that work should be a source of genuine satisfaction, Reagan lives by the words of Steve Jobs: “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”

Reagan’s dedication, industry knowledge, and love for the craft make her a valuable and dynamic member of the real estate community, embodying the principles of excellence and passion.

Morgan is an enthusiastic and dedicated intern at Asset Bridge, where she began her journey in May 2024. With a passion for both real estate and accounting, Morgan is eager to learn and make meaningful connections within the industry. She brings a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to her role, contributing to the dynamic environment at Asset Bridge.
Morgan is currently pursuing her academic goals at West Texas A&M University (WTAMU), where she is a sophomore majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance. Her academic pursuits reflect her keen interest in financial management and real estate, and she is dedicated to leveraging her education to excel in her career.
From Clayton, New Mexico, Morgan’s background has instilled in her a strong work ethic and a sense of community. She is known for her proactive approach and willingness to take on new challenges, qualities that make her a valuable member of the Asset Bridge team.
Outside of her academic and professional commitments, Morgan enjoys spending time with her friends and golfing. 
Morgan’s dedication to her studies, combined with her practical experience at Asset Bridge, positions her as a promising professional in the fields of accounting and real estate. Her enthusiasm and drive are evident in all she does, making her a notable asset to any team she is part of.

Morgan Ivie was born and raised in Amarillo. Morgan obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting (2019) and his MBA (2020) from West Texas A&M University. Morgan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Morgan credits his lifelong passion for small business and entrepreneurship to his parents, both successful entrepreneurs. Morgans professional career began in Public Accounting in 2018 in which he spent his long days working in the trenches side-by-side with our community leaders and business owners, helping strengthen and understand their accounting and finance functions. Morgan values building lasting relationships and strives to add value in every transaction by helping owners truly understand their financial condition.

As a valued team member, Morgan brings vast knowledge of advanced financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, risk management and process development to better support our local entrepreneurs.

Steve Magee was born and raised in Amarillo, TX, and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from West Texas A&M University. His career in banking began while he was still in college, laying the foundation for a deep understanding of financial markets and business strategy. After graduating, he gained extensive experience working with industry leaders like Chrysler Financial and Caterpillar Financial, where he played a key role in driving growth for businesses across the United States.

With a proven track record in market analysis, financial strategy, and business development, Steve has worked with companies of all sizes to implement scalable solutions that enhance profitability and long-term stability. His expertise extends beyond numbers—he excels in relationship management, process optimization, and helping businesses navigate complex financial landscapes.

At Asset Bridge, Steve combines his analytical skills with a hands-on approach to help businesses identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable success. Passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, he is dedicated to delivering tailored strategies that drive real results.
