Kolten Wilder, a Plainview, TX native and graduate of West Texas A&M University with dual majors in Accounting and Finance (’13) and an MBA (’14), brings a wealth of experience to the real estate arena. Under the guidance of his grandfather, a former banker, Kolten developed a strong foundation in accounting and real estate. His professional journey includes serving as a real estate accountant at Yorkshire West Realty Advisors in Dallas from 2014 to 2017 and making significant contributions to W Real Estate Management, specializing in commercial property management, accounting, finance, and underwriting from 2017 to 2023. Holder of a Texas Real Estate License, Kolten is deeply engaged in community service, participating in organizations such as the WTAMU College of Business Advisory Board, AISD Education Advisory Committee, and serving as the Treasurer for the Top of Texas Youth Sports League. Recognized for his contributions, Kolten received the WTAMU Horizon Alumni Award in 2021 and is the proud founder of the Terry Scholarship at WTAMU. His diverse skill set, industry knowledge, and commitment to philanthropy make him a valuable member of the Asset Bridge team.
Reagan is a proud graduate of Canyon High School and holder of a BBA in Accounting from West Texas A&M University. With four years of extensive experience in property management, Reagan has cultivated a diverse skill set that spans various facets of the real estate industry.
Reagan’s proficiency extends across accounting, property management, project management, underwriting, Airbnb management, home staging, and the art of home flips. This comprehensive background reflects a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering top-tier results in every aspect of real estate.
A staunch supporter of the WTAMU College of Business, Reagan actively contributes to the growth and development of future business leaders. Penny Fountaine is a seasoned Staff Accountant with over 17 years of experience specializing in comprehensive financial management and reporting across various industries. Notably, at The Williams Group, she meticulously managed bill review, check processing, credit card auditing, and daily financial transactions with acute attention to detail. During her tenure at McKeever Companies, Penny adeptly handled cash management, monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and meticulous accounts payable analysis.
However, it was her extensive tenure at The Newell Companies that truly showcased her prowess in accounting. Over her years there, Penny efficiently managed cash for numerous accounts and loans, facilitated the preparation of detailed financial reports, oversaw complex payroll operations, and played a pivotal role in assisting the CFO with crucial monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings. Additionally, she ensured compliance with tax obligations while maintaining meticulous records of accounts payable and receivable.

Rebecca, with a strong background in management, customer service, and financial operations, she brings valuable expertise, including her proficiency in using QuickBooks for managing accounts and processing transactions. Rebecca is known for her positive attitude and always-smiling demeanor, making her a supportive and reliable team player. Her experience in streamlining processes, managing schedules, and ensuring quality results aligns perfectly with our goals. Morgan Ivie was born and raised in Amarillo. Morgan obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting (2019) and his MBA (2020) from West Texas A&M University. Morgan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Morgan credits his lifelong passion for small business and entrepreneurship to his parents, both successful entrepreneurs. Morgans professional career began in Public Accounting in 2018 in which he spent his long days working in the trenches side-by-side with our community leaders and business owners, helping strengthen and understand their accounting and finance functions. Morgan values building lasting relationships and strives to add value in every transaction by helping owners truly understand their financial condition.
